Sega is finally bringing Like A Dragon Ishin from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio to global audiences and we can’t wait to get stuck into what is sure to be another fantastic action-adventure game from the series. As seen in the trailer, Sakamoto Ryoma, the protagonist of the story who seeks to avenge the murder of his father, wields a sword to cut down enemies in close-range combat. Like A Dragon: Ishin introduces a dynamic combat system that allows players to create electrifying combos by combining fists and other hand-to-hand moves with sword attacks and a revolver. The action RPG also includes violent action sequences and stylish finishers, making combat even more brutal. Ryoma will most likely be seen stabbing an enemy in the chest or stomach with his sword and firing a revolver to blow out enemies' heads.

In addition to the Swordman combat style, players can switch to Gunman at any time during combat to wield a revolver. The revolver can be equipped with different types of bullets to dole out a certain amount of damage. Fists and other special moves will be available to rack up hits during combos if players can't defeat their opponents before they get too close. These core moves from a variety of martial arts will be included in Brawler's moveset, requiring players to hone their technique to defend themselves. Perhaps the most complicated style, Wild Dancer, can simultaneously wield different weapons during combat to combine bullets and blades.
